     We are pleased to introduce, Candice K. Loberg and Carmen Avery, recipients of the annual Dr. Margaret Community Service Award.  After reviewing all of the applicants, the Committee felt that all of them were outstanding young men and women but with only two awards to give, Candice K. Loberg and Carmen Avery stood out as the best of the best!

  we are pleased to give the Dr. Margaret Award to outstanding young women who we are sure will exemplify the spirit of Dr. Margaret.
